BBC Breakfast’s Diana Moran has produced a revolutionary fitness program, entitled ‘Easy Fit with Diana Moran’. It consists of simple exercises specially designed for those later on in life; who haven’t exercised in a while or just can’t do the type of exercise they used to. The additional facial exercises bring together fitness and beauty, ensuring glowing results.
While 98% of 55+ year olds understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle they are amongst the worst in Great Britain for taking health and fitness seriously, according to research conducted by Stannah. The number of people in this age group who are not exercising on a regular basis equates to almost half (23%) that of their 25-34 year old counterparts (40%). This DVD addresses this group with a range of simple exercises that can be experienced from the comfort of the living room, even sitting down.
Exercises include a mixture of warm-up and stretch, muscular strength and cardio movements. Stability drills help strengthen the limbs whilst promoting flexibility, and light aerobic work helps with cardio capacity and circulation.
